Re: Hardware Kit

I know the feeling.

Good work though; That's a lot of code.

I just recently did a count of the number of php files I've written in the past eight years and was very surprised to find approx. 660,000 files. And that's in addition to application code that calls the back end php.

Re: 220V routers

You could try a stepdown transformer (240V - 110V). The problem is that inductive loads don't like the different frequencies of the sine wave (50 Hz vs 60 Hz) which will shorten the life of the motor. If you can live with that then it should work great.

Re: 220V routers

Just looking at the Bosch web site I would have to say that the GFK 600 is the european version of the US Colt. It is the only palm router listed for the European market... http://www.bosch-professional.com/gb/en/palm-router-101335-ocs-c/ A phone call to your particular country's Bosch should sort i...

Re: Wooden Parts

So, now that CNC Building blocks are all done (And I have a full set in my grubby hands), how long do you think it will be before you have the wooden parts available?

How about if I wanted them for a machine that is different in size than the initial machine?

Re: Aluminum parts arrived! :)

Mine have arrived as well.

I was in no hurry to have them done and am happy that AJ and the rest of the team settled on making these out of Aluminium. They look amazing.

I'll have to order the router mount as well so everything will look the same ;)

Wooden Parts

The only item that doesn't seem to be available are the wooden parts for the CNC machine. Are there any plans to provide/sell either the parts themselves or plans to build the parts? I, for one, am planning on the mid size machine but would need scale drawings to build the wooden parts. How about Ma...
